This platform is designed to make contact both to HOSTS that have different spaces or that offer experiences, such as TRAVELERS that seek to stay with their motorhomes, caravans, campers or tents for camping and also activities. This is a website designed for people who want to travel and need to find spaces where overnight camping (motorhomes, caravans, campers or tents) and activities or experiences that make.
The services offered by AREAS AUTOCARAVANAS, will be governed by these General Conditions of Use of the platform, which must be accepted by the user, by completing the different forms that are presented throughout the reservation process and which will be timely confirmed by AREAS AUTOCARAVANAS to the User at the end of said process.
AREAS AUTOCARAVANAS reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration and content of the general conditions of use required to act correctly on the platform, which will be applicable from that moment .

Therefore, the user can opt for two roles, or the Host, to provide the space or the experience or the Traveller. It is possible to see the Ads without being registered in the Platform as a Traveler. However, it will not be feasible to publish an Advertisement without having created an account as a Host, but if you book a place or experience as a guest.

These conditions have been designed to create a legally binding agreement between you, hereinafter Traveler or Host and the Platform, protecting your rights as a user of it and ours as a company. These conditions regulate the system for making the offer, and acceptance of reservation of a space or garden of a third party or of an experience, hereinafter Host, which is offered through the AREAS AUTOCARAVANAS Platform to Travelers.
The User is solely responsible for all use of your account and for the safekeeping of your password. 4.1. How AREAS MOTORHOMES work.

4.2. Reservation procedure MOTORCYCLE AREAS.
Reservations made through the AREAS AUTOCARAVANAS website will depend on the type of accommodation the Traveler needs or the experience they are looking for. Once the Platform is accessed and a space, garden or an experience is selected, a voucher is generated that confirms the end of the reservation process and that is the moment in which the parties will be contacted, this voucher may be sent by the Host or by the Platform itself. From this moment, the Traveler and the Host are the only ones responsible for the fulfillment of the agreement they reach. Said reservation is managed by the Host or supplier of spaces or gardens and experiences and, therefore, AREAS AUTOCARAVANAS cannot be responsible for the final result of the commitments reached between the user parties of the Platform.
Once the booking is made, the Traveler will receive an email from the provider of spaces, gardens and/or experiences according to what was agreed upon. It is important that you make sure before you start your journey to have the correct address as to the instructions of the contracted service to the provider of spaces, gardens and/or experiences. Each space, or garden experience is under the conditions of their own providers, the Platform will be only the half that puts them in contact. It is commissioned by the Traveler to request the Host's General terms and Conditions of Use of the space or garden or experience hired.
In the event that the Traveler does not arrive on the date of the booking for reasons outside of the Host, such as, for example, by lack of care in the indications or directions, the loss of transport like plane, train, etc, will not be reimbursed to the Traveler.
The prices will be those established by the Host, AREAS AUTOCARAVANAS does not agree on the prices, so if a different amount is given to the voucher downloaded from the AREAS AUTOCARAVANAS website, it is not responsible for this new cost.
The Traveler must agree with the Host on the size of the vehicle prior to traveling, as not all spaces can accommodate large vehicles. Reservations made through the Platform will always be for standard size vehicles (maximum 8 meters). In the event that the Platform Users agree to extra services, AREAS AUTOCARAVANAS is not responsible for them.
In the course of travelling with animals, will be the Hosts who decide what the animal support spaces, therefore, it will be the responsibility of the parties to agree to it, leaving the Platform to the margin.
In the event that the Host could not meet the reserve, it may cancel the same within a period of not less than 15 days before the arrival of the Traveler and will be refunded immediately the amount paid by the Traveller for the booking.
Any use of the Services, both in quality of Traveller, as Host, is related to a specific name. The identity of the Traveller and the Host must correspond to the identity communicated by them to the Platform.
4.3. Formalization of the booking.
For booking we will require personal data of the Traveler if this is not previously registered. The personal data provided will be incorporated to our database and will be treated in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy. The Traveler will be able to access, at all times, to their personal data and the information of the selected spaces, as long as you have a profile on the Platform.
AREAS AUTOCARAVANAS reminds Travelers that they must indicate personal data accurately to avoid confusion or incidents. In addition, in the case of being expressly requested by the Traveler, they will receive information and publications from AREAS AUTOCARAVANAS by mail.
If for any reason the Host had to wait for the Traveler because they arrive late for the experience or cannot find the space or a garden and is on a schedule outside of the gaza strip “job”, it is possible that the price will increase something and have to pay the difference to the Host directly.

4.4. Management fees and methods of payment.
AREAS AUTOCARAVANAS may charge Management Fees for the use of the Platform, these Rates (hereinafter referred to as “Management Fees”) will be charged at the time of making the Reservation.
All bookings can be made with a debit/credit card, which will be confirmed and processed for the reservation once the Platform has received in account the amount of the same for either camping or to enjoy an experience.
The Traveler can use most credit cards (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MasterCard,) and Bizum to pay for the reservation. We take security very seriously, so your data will be safe with us. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer to maintain security and prevent fraud.
4.5. Commitment of the traveler
In addition to using the platform to check the spaces and experiences that the Hosts offer, the traveler is committed to:
- Do not send false information, misleading, malicious, or fraudulent.

4.6. Cancellation policy.
All requests for amendment and cancellation of bookings must be made by sending an email to info@areasautocaravanas.com. Cancellations or changes made verbally, by phone or directly to the host, to the area or space will not be managed by the platform and therefore the website will not be responsible.
Cancellation requests of Users will be managed by the Platform during the office hours. The period of notice of cancellation is calculated from the time in which is communicated to the Platform such termination by any of the parties.
Some of the Hosts, you can apply charges for change of reservation or cancellation of this. When this is applicable, it shall inform the traveler at the time of booking and on the confirmation voucher.
Also, some of the Hosts warn that their services are non-refundable and cannot be modified. When this is applicable, it shall inform the Traveler at the time of booking and on the confirmation voucher.

5.2. Ads spaces, gardens and experiences.
When you create an Ad through the Platform, the Host must:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your space and the service offered to the Traveller, correctly describing the location, availability of dates, the state of the space, or what is the experience, etc
- Disclose any deficiency, restriction or requirements that may be relevant.
- Use images or videos in your ad quality, and to be faithful to the reality.
- Keep up-to-date at all times the information of your Ad.
The placement of the Ads in the results of searches of the Traveler within the Platform will be carried out in function of various factors such as price, availability dates, and the terms and conditions offered by the Host among others.

Once the booking is made, the Traveler will receive an email from the provider of spaces and/or experiences according to what was agreed upon. When the booking is accepted by the Host subscribes to a legally binding contract between the Host and the Traveler, which forces him to deliver the service as described in your ad on the Platform.

Remember that AREAS AUTOCARAVANAS is not responsible for the changes that some Hosts make in their conditions, therefore, communication must be the responsibility of the users (Travelers and Hosts).
5.5. Management fees and methods of payment.
AREAS AUTOCARAVANAS may charge a fee to the Host for the use of the Platform based on their space, garden or experience that has been previously agreed.

5.6. Proceedings of the host
