- The Roman Amphitheater: also known as the sand, is one of the best preserved in Italy and dates back to the year 30 AD.
- The Castelvecchio: a medieval castle from the year 1354 characterized by its reddish brick and its proximity to the bridge that bears its name.
- Basilica of San Zeno: Romanesque church from the 5th century and the most important religious point in the city. According to Shakespeare's play, it was the place where Romeo and Juliet were secretly married.
