The essence of RNG

The tour begins in the vineyards of the Finca Nadal of Boadella, some of which are more than 65 years. In the center of the vineyards is the location of the farmhouse, the winery and the cava foundational, which were built in 1943.

We will do a tour through the main stages of the preparation process of the sparkling wine of quality.

We will visit the wine cellar at more than 20 meters depth, where we will see the resting of the bottles and the second fermentation phase.

THE TASTING

The range of sparkling wines RNG created to pay homage to Ramón Nadal Giró, the founder of Nadal in 1943. It is only produced from exceptional harvests of xarel·lo.

RNG Brut Vintage 2011 isa sparkling wine that combines the complexity of xarel·lo with the smoothness of the parellada & roasted and salted pistachios of Foment of the Garrigues.

RNG10 Brut Nature 2004 isa selection of the best vintages of RNG that only after a minimum of 10 years of ageing in cava (in this case, 14 years!) will see the light & is paired with caramelized hazelnut of Foment of the Garrigues.

NADAL X Vermell 2018, a sophisticated and fresh white wine, made with the variety recovered xarel·lo red.

And to finish, you will discover NADAL 1510 Botrytis Noble 2001a sweet white wine that combined smooth character and harmony accompanied by Catànies Cudié bonbons, ideal for surprising your best guests.
