We had booked in advance, we had been sent a QR code which did not open the door, so we took a ticket to enter, like everyone else. When we left we had to pay to be able to leave, despite the payment of the reservation, fortunately we called at the payment terminal there was a call button they opened it for us all the same....by explaining the situation...
So many complications, I don't think I'll book anymore, it brings too many problems...
Everything perfect, we really liked the space and the people, we will certainly go back there
