Cancellation policy

The management of cancellations and modifications is governed by the date of formalization of the reservation, in accordance with the following conditions:

1. Reservations made from 03/05/2026 (12:55 p.m.)

For all reservations made after this date and time, Cancellation or refund requests will only be managed if the User has contracted Cancellation Insurance offered during the reservation process.

When insurance guarantees are at stake, the insured has the obligation to:
▶ Notify Gritchen Affinity in writing of any incident whose nature may require attention within 10 business days (the period is reduced to two business days in the event of theft).
These deadlines begin to count from the moment the insured becomes aware of the natural disaster before invoking the application of the guarantee. After this period, the insured will lose all right to compensation if the delay has caused damage to the Company.
▶ Spontaneously declare to Gritchen Affinity the guarantees subscribed under the same risk with other insurers

  • The User declares to have received the detailed information and the corresponding Policy at the time of purchase.

  • Any right to reimbursement will be subject exclusively to the coverage and conditions specified in said insurance policy.

2. Reservations made before 03/05/2026 (12:55 p.m.)

Reservations made prior to this deadline will be subject to the standard cancellation conditions detailed below:

  • Return period: Refund will only be made if the request is contacted more than 30 days in advance on the scheduled entry date.

  • Management expenses: All cancellations with the right to a refund will incur a charge:

    • Reservations of less than €25: fixed charge 5€.

    • Reservations of amounts greater than €25: charge 20% on the total amount.

  • Non-refundable reservations: Once within 30 days prior to the check-in date, a refund is not possible. Not being able to attend or making a mistake in the purchase are not reasons for a refund.

Regardless of the reservation date, the following management rules apply:

  • Official channel: All requests must be sent by e-mail to info@areasautocaravanas.com. Verbal, telephone or requests made directly to the host will not be handled.

  • There are already many users in the area who know the facilities of the Argentina Sports Complex that are very close and with very affordable prices (€3.15 for adults and €1.55 for children up to 14 years of age). Requests are processed during office hours. The period is calculated from the moment of receipt of the email.

  • Right of withdrawal: According to him Art. 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to services related to leisure or recreation activities that provide for a specific execution date.

No refund will be offered in the following cases (except specific insurance coverage for reservations after 03/05/2026):

  1. Travel incidents: Itinerary changes, illnesses, vehicle breakdowns, flight/train delays or accidents.

  2. External events: Cancellation of cultural, sporting or social events outside of this website.

  3. Location error: Spending the night in a different area by mistake or by the traveler's own decision. It is the traveler's responsibility to check the exact address sent in the confirmation email.

  4. Early departure: Arriving late or leaving the space before the end of the contracted stay.

  5. Vehicle suitability: It is the traveler's responsibility to verify that the dimensions and type of their vehicle are accepted in the reserved space.
