El Lagar de los Perezones Motorhome Area, Códoba.

The area is a private forest estate of 50 hectares that is characterized by its great beauty. Our objective is sustainable property development and making the primary and tertiary sectors compatible.
Forest management is focused on protecting it from fires while promoting rich biodiversity.. So, the purpose of hosting motorhomes is to obtain alternative income that allows us to continue caring for and preserving this beautiful natural landscape and at the same time make the forest available to be lived and enjoyed by the people who live there and who visit us. “Thus, with the financial contribution of your stay at the farm, you help the conservation of the forest and it, with its beauty and tranquility, contributes to your enjoyment, well-being and health; thus creating a beautiful circle of mutual care.”

The property is fenced around its entire perimeter., making it a safe area for your motorhome and belongings. Enjoy quietly! beauty and safety are assured.
El Lagar de los Perezones is located in the Sierra de Córdoba, 25 minutes by car (12 km) from the center of Córdoba, the only city in the world with 4 UNESCO World Heritage Sites!

Facilities and services:
El lugar no pretende ser un camping, por lo que no se ofrecen los servicios propios de éstos, como lavadora, restaurante, etc. No obstante, hay a disposición de los usuarios dos baños equipados con ducha, lavabo y wc; también wifi rural (< 25 Megas) y algunos enchufes para cargar los dispositivos electrónicos.
There is a place (Dump Station) to empty gray and black water, the possibility of refilling the water tank of the motorhomes, as well as three sinks to wash kitchen utensils.
Only some parking lots have electricity. For some of them it is advisable to bring leggings.
On the farm you can buy local products such as eggs, honey or extra virgin olive oil, as well as some basic supplies. If you like natural cosmetics, you can ask us once here.

Transport:
There is a bus stop 15 minutes walk from the entrance of the property that will take you to the center of Córdoba on weekdays (7:55 a.m.; 3:40 p.m.; 7:40 p.m.). Price: €1.60.
There is taxi service to the city. Price: €22.00 – €29.00 depending on day and time.
There is a bar with a supermarket just 2 km away; 5 minutes by car; 25' walking.

Zone A. The pines. €23/night. It is the cheapest and the easiest to access. It is also one of those with the largest spaces in each location. You feel like you are in the forest but more removed from the Common Areas (Electricity, WiFi and WC)

Zone B. The olive grove. €27/night. It is a very beautiful place a little closer to the Common Areas and very close to the Unloading Station. It is located in an olive grove. The squares are not as big as in Zone A, but they are bigger than those in Zone F

Zone C. El Cerro. €27/night. It is a nice place on the way to the Common Areas, it is the closest to these services. It is a quiet area.

Zone D. The hide. €27/night. It is called the Hide because there is a place to photograph birds but also because it is one of the most hidden places on the farm. You will be completely isolated, the common areas are more or less the same distance as Zone B.

Zone E. The chestnut field. €27/night. It is the one with the most abundant shadow. The best for warmer times. It is not that far from the Common Areas so they will be close. The places are wilder. You will probably need shims.

Zone F. El Lagar. €32-36/night. €32 are for the smaller spaces F5, 6, 7 and 8. €36 are for F1, 2, 3 and 4. Around the house, with impressive views of Córdoba. You have electricity for your devices and if you need it you can connect your AC, WiFi and a bathroom. But the road to get there is not the best (it works for any residential vehicle but it is not the best road) and the spaces are not as wide as the previous ones.

Prices are for two people. The price per dog is €2.5 per day.

The services we offer are a swimming pool, terrace with views and WiFi, a bathroom with shower and a gray and black water discharge station and filling the motorhome's water tank. There are also sockets to charge devices. All services are included in the price, you can stay in any area and use them.
