The Cheese is a product with a great variety of textures and scents, along with sparkling wines, provides us with perfect harmonization, by either contrast or complementarity. Xerigots, curators of cheese, have a wide range of cheeses from around the world, brought directly from small and medium-sized cheese artisans.
That's why the cheese *Xerigots i Nadal * we propose a pairing with our best products.
The tour begins in the vineyards of the finca Nadal of Boadella, some of which are more than 65 years. The farmhouse, the winery and the cava, which were founded in 1943, are located in the center of the finca.
We continue the journey through the main stages of the process of preparation of the sparkling wine of quality.
We will visit the cava at more than 20m depth, where we look to stand the bottles and we are witnessing the second fermentation.
