Now, out of the hand of SIMON COLL, we offer you a tasting of Km 0 with chocolates that are more surprising. It's time to open your senses, let yourself go and enjoy the moment. From the chocolate more pure until the more sophisticated, will we discover the secrets of this delicacy.
The tour begins in the vineyards of the finca Nadal of Boadella, some of which are more than 65 years. The farmhouse, the winery and the cava, which were founded in 1943, are located in the center of the finca.
We continue the journey through the main stages of the process of elaboration of sparkling wines of quality.
We will visit the cava at more than 20m depth, where we look to stand the bottles and we are witnessing the second fermentation.
